HX Taekwon-Do is run by ITF Taekwon-Do instructors Stuart O'Reilly (4th Degree) and Jonathan Dargan (4th Degree).
Master Brendan O'Toole (8th Degree), INTA President and Technical Director, teaches classes twice a week.
Our full-time Taekwon-Do gym is equipped with heavy bags, medicine balls, focus mitts and strike shields - all you need to supply is hard work and enthusiasm.
We offer classes in the traditional martial art and competitive sport Taekwon-Do, alongside our purely fitness orientated Fighting Fit classes.
We run children's classes four days a week, promoting focus, fitness and confidence.

Earlier this month I attended a Taekwon-Do cinvention in Spain where I met up with instructors from around the world and also from around our fair Isle, among them was Irish blackbelt Rodney Connolly. Rodney was good enough to write up a report on the Convention and mail it to me, allowing me to spend less time typing and more time drinking tea. Here is his report: On the 6th of September my wife and I set of from a wet Castlepollard to take part in the first I.T.F convention in benidorm Spain. The Conference was set over a week and it started with an I.I.C (International Instructors Course). At the I.I.C I met up with some friends from the I.N.T.A.; Nicolae Mesina from Blanchardstown Rapid Taekwon-Do Club , David Keegan from Tallaght Taekwon-do and Stuart O’Reilly from HX Taekwon-Do Harolds Cross.
