HX Taekwon-Do is run by ITF Taekwon-Do instructors Stuart O'Reilly (4th Degree) and Jonathan Dargan (4th Degree).
Master Brendan O'Toole (8th Degree), INTA President and Technical Director, teaches classes twice a week.
Our full-time Taekwon-Do gym is equipped with heavy bags, medicine balls, focus mitts and strike shields - all you need to supply is hard work and enthusiasm.
We offer classes in the traditional martial art and competitive sport Taekwon-Do, alongside our purely fitness orientated Fighting Fit classes.
We run children's classes four days a week, promoting focus, fitness and confidence.

Together with our sister club Terenure TKD, we had a amazing results in the National championshiops with no less than 10 Gold medalists. Congratulations to Gerry, Maja, Caoimhe, Ishmael, Rebecca, Orla, Lyla, Jamie, FInn, Mark and Niall - National Champions all. Orla and Rebecca both took home double golds in thier respective divisions. The camraderie between our two clubs on the day was great, we might have to invent a new cross-club logo if we're going to be one team anyway. If Mr.George Lucas doesn't mind too much we might go with this one:  It's like surround sound, only with kicks to the face.

Yup, there was a considerable haul outside of the golds, and the fact that we took gold and silver in a few of the divisions is also a mighty feat. Couldn't have asked for a better result (other than maybe yours truly taking something a bit more substantial home). The INTA open in March should be fun.
